Privacy Policy

1. About this policy

Tsleem ("we") provides snag and handover management for construction projects, through the Tsleem mobile app and the web dashboard at tsleem.app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who can see it, and how you can delete it. By using Tsleem you agree to this policy.

2. What we collect

Account details you give us: your name, email, phone number and company name. Your PIN is stored only as a one-way hash, so no one can read it. The project content you and your team add: floor plans, snags, photos, videos, PDF files, comments, change history, reports and handover records, including the client name, signature and IP address recorded when a client accepts a handover. Payment proofs you upload for a subscription (we do not collect card numbers). Basic technical data needed to run and protect the service: IP address, device and app version, sign-in attempts and timestamps in our server logs. Each time the app opens, basic technical data — the device, the app version and a random installation ID — so crashes can be counted against how often the app is used; and when it crashes or meets an error, a crash report: what failed and where in the app, and your account's ID. Neither includes your name, contact details or project content.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your information or show advertising, and we do not track you across other apps or websites. We use Google Firebase to understand how the app is used — which screens are opened and which actions are taken, such as creating a snag or finishing a sync — linked to your account's ID, never to your name, contact details or project content. Google derives only an approximate area, such as the city, from the connection; we do not ask for your GPS location. Location data is removed from photos when they are uploaded; videos and PDF files are stored as you upload them, so any location your camera saved in a video stays in it.

4. How we use it

Only to run Tsleem: to sign you in and keep your account secure, sync and store your projects, produce reports, manage subscriptions and payments, send the verification and reset codes you ask for, answer support requests, find and fix faults in the app, and understand how it is used so we can improve it.

5. Who can see it

The people on your projects, according to their role. Anyone you send a client portal or handover link to — whoever has such a link can open it, so share it only with the intended person. Files such as photos are served from web addresses that contain long random identifiers; anyone who has an address can open that file. The service providers we need to operate Tsleem, such as hosting, the services that deliver email or WhatsApp codes, and Google Firebase, which receives the app's crash reports, the technical data above and the usage data in section 3 — only for that purpose. Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. On your phone

The app keeps a copy of your projects on your phone so it works without a signal. That copy is deleted when you sign out or delete your account. Keep your phone locked: anyone who can open the app on your phone can see what it holds.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account), or — without the app — by emailing sales@tsleem.app from the email address on the account. Either way it is deleted after 15 days; signing in again before then cancels the deletion. After 15 days your name, email and phone number are erased and you are removed from every project. Work you added to a company's projects stays with that company's records, shown as "Deleted user". The app keeps projects on team members' phones, so a copy already downloaded to someone else's phone may still show your name in an issue's history until that person signs out or removes the project. If you are the only owner of a company account, it is cancelled, and its projects are deleted 30 days later. Billing records are kept as long as accounting and tax rules require. Google Firebase keeps crash reports for 90 days, and usage data for up to 14 months.

8. Your choices

You can see your details in the app, change your name on the dashboard (Account), and delete your account in the app. To change your email or phone number, or for any other request about your information, contact us.

9. Children

Tsleem is a work tool for construction teams and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Your responsibility and our limits

You are responsible for what you upload, for the people you invite, and for the links you share. Do not upload other people's personal information unless you have the right to. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including HTTPS for every connection, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee it. To the extent the law allows, Tsleem is not liable for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, by content that users upload, or by links that users share.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Using Tsleem after a change means you accept the updated policy.
